Quick Start

Set up your AI sales team on Telegram in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Create the Team

Go to Bot TeamsNew Team. Name it "Sales Pipeline Team".

Step 2 — Set Up the Lead Qualifier

Create the manager bot:

  • Platform: Telegram
  • System prompt: Use the provided system prompt
  • MCP servers: Add mcp-telegram and mcp-pipedrive
  • Set your Telegram bot token in platform config

Step 3 — Set Up the Demo Booker

Create a specialist bot:

  • Platform: Telegram
  • System prompt: "You are a Demo Booker. Help prospects schedule product demonstrations. Use Calendly to find available slots. Confirm timezone, preferred date, and number of attendees. Send confirmation emails via Resend."
  • MCP servers: Add mcp-telegram, mcp-calendly, and mcp-resend
  • Add your Calendly and Resend API keys

Step 4 — Set Up the Account Manager

Create the second specialist:

  • Platform: Telegram
