How it works

New hires interact with the HR Manager in a dedicated Slack channel. IT-related questions are automatically routed to the IT Setup Bot, which provides step-by-step guides for getting set up. Culture questions go to the Culture Guide, which shares handbook highlights and team info from Notion.
